I was not expecting Marvel to make a movie that would surpass Captain America Civil War, but they just did. Remember the airport scene from Civil War…yea that is this entire movie from beginning to end. This is the MCU’s best movie. Infinity War didn’t even feel like a movie, it was an experience, an achievement in cinema, the culmination of 10 years of story telling brilliantly brought together for something truly EPIC.

I’ve never quite experienced a movie like this in my 20 years of life, I’m still trying to wrap my head around what I watched, it was overwhelming incredible. Infinity War IS the Empire Strikes Back of this generation, possibly better honestly.

I had to remind myself to breathe and to blink. I could not stop screaming every two minutes. The comedy was amazing and every joke landed, nothing forced or out of place, it was extremely natural. Character interactions were perfect and recaptured the same magic from The Avengers as they came together. The acting was absolutely amazing, every actor was completely committed to their characters, whenever vulnerability or fear needed to show they nailed it. The music sent chills down my spine. The cinematography was gorgeous. The action was seriously non-stop and choreographed marvelously. The visual effects were outstanding and CGI characters looked more real than me!

The conflict was relentless, Thanos’ Black Order was terrifying and Thanos himself is one of the greatest cinematic villains to grace the screen due to his impeccable motivation which involves balance. The conclusion to this film threw me off, I did not expect the twists and emotional assault I endured. Tears were streaming down my face! I was blown away. Every character shines. If you were a Team Cap person, you will be converted to Team Iron Man because he was so sick, that’s how they made me feel about all of them. I cared about every single character. The Russo Brothers have accomplished the impossible, balancing a movie with this many characters while embracing comedy, action, and real emotional depth all at the same time, forming a legendary life changing comic book movie.

Living in balance is living in harmony. The hardest decisions require the strongest wills to act upon them. Lives should never be traded.
